Exponential?
I read that:

and I don't see exponential in explanations.

That page is a bit outdated. However, the core is true. The "exponential" part is in squaring the percentage. Perhaps it should be referred to as "non-linear" or something. ;)

Anyway, further discussion of the scoring is perhaps better done elsewhere. The point about µContest has been made and is being looked at.

Hi, I think there is a little bug with scoring because 2 players have more than 100% solved.
I think it will be better to have max(score,100).
And the page:

has not been refreshed.

The score for µContest challenges changes when more people solve them. WeChall's scoring mechanism isn't really built to support this. The only way to really solve this is to automatically update all users when an update for a single user is requested.

Both "more than 100%" and "max(percentage,100%)" are wrong. Personally, I don't see an advantage of one over the other. I think this is just one of WeChall's quirks that we'll have to accept.

There are 50 actives I think. i solved 56/57. It's quite weird...

Actually there are 56 active challenges and 2 disabled : 1 that you solved and got disabled afterwards, 1 that we never published. So it makes sens
