Another bigger update for wechall

As always i explain the most important changes from the changelog here:

[+] Scoring: instead of multiplying by p^2, multiply by p^(1+100/n) where n is the number of challenges (thx Caesum)
Of course this is the biggest change and we explained it in an own thread here.

[+] Multi Lang Site Descriptions (thx g0uZ)
Sites may now have multiple descriptions. Each language has an own slot for site description now. This is probably interesting for multi-language sites.
Site administrators can add and edit their descriptions freely in the site edit pages.

also i have installed 3 new challenges:

[+] Zebra is a training challenge mady by Hirsch.
[+] B.AiM is a realistic windows cracking challenge, created by BAIM and myself.
[+] The Travelling Customer is a programming challenge inspired by xkcd. Thanks go to tehron as well, for beta-testing.

I hope i did not break anything while coding up the new stuff.

I have uploaded the latest version of wechall.

As always there is the manual changelog.

Also i want to inform you that we are working on better wechall backups, the svn server backend, and even a recode of the GWF2 engine

Here is an important update in detail:

[x] BROKEN: news/feed did not output any date (thx paipai)
- the wechall news feed did not output any date, so some feedreaders showed the feed as new every day.

Please report if the wechall news/feed is broken for you after the fix!
