I wanna recommend 2 ways to chat.

x64dbg is deep, that's straight assembly. One time I met a guy running a maplestory private server and he told me about using it to mess with the game client. I managed to edit the system call that created the window (step 1, find it, step 2 edit numbers, pretty simple in theory) so the game would run in 1080p instead of the arcane 800x600 window it was hard coded to. Surprisingly it worked (one would think the game would still render to the hard coded size) but it did actually fill the window without stretching.

I once wanted to try to remove a card from solitaire.exe on windows xp, so my mother would loose every game.
I used ollydbg and searched for 52 in the code section.
Two matches
One was inside a loop and i changed it to 51.... it worked \o/
Sadly i never deployed it ;)
