Jinx said he liked the last research challenge, so i finally put an idea together that was on the todo way too long.
PHPMyAdmin also fits into the "research" category, as you have to find the PMA page on wechall Smile

Some shouts go to space for motivation!

Happy Challenging!

I had a simple idea for a new warchall mini challenge.
Mart took the hard part writing a C program for it, and we hope you will like it altho it is nothin special ... just some trainings Smile

EDIT: Please note that the password reset does still not work in the warchall/begins page. You have to contact one of the warchall staff for that. Sorry Sad

Some people solved the challenge above in a different way, which is a worthy sequel to those linux trainings.
It's a classic and we call it Choose your Path II.
Thanks to Mart we already coded it up and installed it, and we hope some will like it.

It has been over two months for a new challenge.

I just coded up and installed two ideas from Mawekl, which are both different versions from the blinded by the light challenge(s).

Other people came up with these ideas as well, but i am sure: some of you still might not Smile

So we all wish you
Happy Challenging!

PS: You can try the challenges here:

Are you blind?
Light in the Darkness

EDIT:

I just released another challenge from Mawekl.
This time it is a real Mawekl Smile
What is your Name? is a very nifty exploit and i think many people will scratch their head how it could be vuln.

I have coded up and released another "challenge".

It's Chapter IV from the shadowlamb series and it requires you to reach the 4th city.

That's all i am going to tell you about this one, explicitly ;)

I always wanted to make a social engineering challenge.

"Sidology" was my first attempt, but it turned out to be easy, and does not require social skills.

There is a hidden sequel for sidology in the /challenge folder, but it is lame and does not require social skills either.

I thought about asking for secrets of some friends, but this does not work out nicely.

But finally i am proud to present you the first real SE challenge ever: "Stalking"

You need to solve identity first!

Good luck and...
Happy Challenging!
