As some might have noticed, the wechall website was quite slow lately.
The reason, obviously to me, seemed to be the ssl handshakes.
dloser tackled a fix.
He increased apache workers from 30 to 40...
Suprisingly this enhanced the connection times for me :S
It's a riddle to me how he expected workerscount to be the culprit.
